How long does a project take?

Launch is typically 3-4 business days. Growth is 1-2 weeks. Most of that is waiting on content and feedback — actual build time is a fraction of it.

Do I own the site when it's done?

Completely. You own all of the code and content. If you ever want to move hosts or work with someone else, everything hands over cleanly.

What about hosting?

We'll recommend something inexpensive (usually $5–$15/mo) and help set it up for you. You pay the host directly — we don't mark it up.

Can you work with my existing branding?

Yes. Logos, colors, fonts — send what you have and we'll work inside the brand. If you need brand work done first, we'll point you to a designer.

What if my site needs changes after launch?

First 30 days are on us — small tweaks, typo fixes, copy swaps. After that, you can hire us ad hoc (hourly) or take the $75/mo retainer.

Do you write the copy too?

Optional add-on ($100+). If you'd rather write it yourself, we'll give you a clear outline of what's needed for each section.

What do you need from me to get started?

Roughly: a 15-minute kickoff call, your logo (if you have one), and any existing content. We'll send a questionnaire that walks you through it.

What if I don't like the first design?

That's what revision rounds are for. Every package includes at least one round; Growth and Premium have more. If we're fundamentally off-track, that usually means we skipped a step in discovery — and we'll rewind.
